- In a medium mixing bowl, add mayonnaise, ketchup, and chili sauce.
- Whisk until smooth and evenly combined.
- Add mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and all the dry spices.
- Mix thoroughly until the sauce becomes creamy and well blended.
- Taste and adjust, if needed add more lemon juice for tang or a dash of hot sauce for heat.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors develop.
Notes
Freshly mixed sauce tastes good, but chilling it allows the flavors to fully blend and deepen.
